The Ministry of Transport has developed restrictions for charter air carriers, which in a month detained more than 20% of flights for a period of longer than two hours. This is stated in the draft order of the department, which is published on the official portal of legal information.
In the event of this number of delays or cancellations, the interdepartmental commission may vote for reducing the number of flights from the airline.
The department proposed not to take into account delays due to weather conditions.
The Ministry of Transport also rashilled the list of grounds for the recall of the already issued checks on certain routes: the reason is proposed to be considered a refusal to execute flights on the route for two consecutive seasons.
Now, during an hour of departure, the airline can be fined 25 thousand rubles.
In September, the Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov told RIA to the news that the department could deprive part of the airline routes that delay charter flights.
