In 2001, as a result of reforming the group of enterprises, KomitEk, a subsidiary of the company-LUKOIL-Kom LLC-with the head office in Usinsk was created.

In July 2002, the Ukhtaneft territorial and production enterprise appeared as a structural unit of LUKOIL-Kom LLC.

From December 2002 to January 2008, OJSC Ukhtaneph existed, the main activity of which was to surrender their own non -residential real estate in the city of Ukhta, but also the conduct of exploration and geophysical work for oil and gas and geophysical research in wells. Its owners were launched by LUKOIL-Komi LLC (5 709 085.00 r), OJSC Oil Company Komitek (1 634 903.20 R) and PJSC Oil Company LUKOIL (830 531.80 P).

Oil products spread through small birch products at a distance of about 50 meters. The “language” of pollution did not reach the marshy editorial, which borders a small piael border with a stream, which flows into the stream of a large piael, an influx of river Velia. In July - August 2015, after the request for information in the environmental prosecutor’s office to establish the “owner” of an abandoned drill, someone visited it. Visitors examined the site, opened the valve in the lower part of the tank on the opposite side of last year’s leakage and lowered the oil -containing liquid to the ground using the hose connected to the neck. The man -made spill of oil products in 2015, presumably in the volume of 15 KBM, in area exceeded the leakage of oil products in 2014 by 1.5 - 2 times. He learned about the arrival of the drill “saboteurs” by their traces at the end of September 2015, when he again visited the ownerless Burovaya.

Social activists of the KSP appealed to the Pechora environmental interdistrict prosecutor's office with a statement of violation of the law, and there, by jurisdiction, they redirected to Rosprirodnadzor. They found out that the site enters the boundaries of one of the deposits, but does not fall into the boundaries of licensing plots. That is, how would it be?

The deputy head of the Rosprirodnadzor for the Republic of Komi I. Astarkhanov in a letter dated November 19, 2015 No. 04-09/5718 said that on 11/02/2015 the indicated objects were discovered by specialists of the Konashel section of the Sosnogorsk forestry, but the traces of the spill of the oil-containing fluid were not revealed.

More specific information came from the acting The head of the Pechora department of Rostekhnadzor V. Vetoshkin in a letter dated 11.11.2015 No. 25/9592, which mentioned the “Group Work Project for the liquidation and conservation of wells of the Lenavozhsky field” of the Lukoil-Komi LLC in OJSC Ukhtaneft. The following states the availability of relevant acts on the conservation of the operational wells of the Lenavozhsky deposit, including wells No. 2 (Act No. 457-47 dated 04.10.2005). That is, this well was liquidated in 2005 by the management company LUKOIL-Kom LLC. So there is nothing to worry about.

It seems that our officials to media publications about the facts of violations of legislation are treated as inscriptions on fences - you never know what they write there. Three years have passed, and no one accepted no measures to bring the forest areas on abandoned drilling stations. Nature independently tries to hide the outrages under layers of fallen foliage and burning herbs, but, alas, not so fast.

I think such a slow -off bombs are not rare in our taiga. There are such on the banks of the river a little on the territory of the Ukhta city district. The presence of such facts indicates non -fulfillment of their duties by officials of supervisory authorities, who regularly receive a salary from the budget for their work that they did.

The “Year of Ecology” ends.

But where is the managing organization now-LUKOIL-Kom LLC, which was obliged to liquidate the wells of Ukhtaneft OJSC in a timely manner? Was it transformed, eliminated, attached to Lukoil-Kom PJSC? In fact, this is not important. Money for the liquidation of old drilling was allocated, and work on wells in hard -to -reach areas was not completed either at the Veli or the Konashchelian Winter. What were the Ngeftyniki counting on? No one will find their “hack” or will nature quietly swallow their dirt? Or maybe, against the background of numerous oil excesses on the Usin soil, someone considers small pollution in other areas of the republic not significant? It is clear that the prestige of the company is easier to form through the media through the placement of victorious realities and promises for the future, than to honestly and conscientiously select, at least by public signals.

Luciel-Komi, last winter, started the dismantling of a worn overwhelming arable land-Nizhny-Odesses. The pipeline was cut into whips, then pulled out of the ground and dragged to the funded platform, where they were cut into pieces for subsequent exporting vehicles.

One of the technological sites was located at the Pashninsky road at the site of a two-kilometer race to the liquidated well No. 10-car LUKOIL-Komi LLC in July 2006. Be that as it may, and in the year of ecology it was possible to take the “sins” of the management company LUKOIL-Kom LLC in OJSC “Ukhtaneph” for the conservation of wells No. 2 according to the “linden” act No. 457-47 dated 04.10.2005. It commits notes that in the year of ecology, along with the necessary dismantling of the old oil pipeline, both nature and people were harmful. The fact is that heavy pipelines completely broke the Pashninsky road with asphalt. Now cars are barely crawling along it, pouring the natural environment with gas with gas. The potholes and pits are ruined by vehicles of citizens and enterprises, including the Lukoilovs themselves. And the settlements associated with the highway are quietly dying out due to a broken road and the lack of prospects for normal life support.
