In addition to the Rus Sidyashaya fund itself, there is also ErS LLC, whose general director is Romanova. The fund receives most of its funds through fundraising, while ErS earns a smaller part for it.

Lawyers of "Rus Sidyashchaya" filed a lawsuit against the representatives of the World Bank in Russia, saying that "ErS" overfulfilled the contract plan, which means that the World Bank must also pay extra. This was done in order to show in court that the contractors were satisfied with ErS services. The court attracted them by a third party, and they all confirmed that they had no claims against "Rus Sidyashchaya" and Romanova.
