The court rejected Navalny's lawsuit against Putin

The Tver District Court of Moscow did not consider the lawsuit of the politician Alexei Navalny against Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was written by FBK lawyer Ivan Zhdanov on Facebook.

The grounds that the court guided was not yet specified. According to Zhdanov, the refusal to accept the claim “in any case” is illegal, so Navalny will appeal him.

Note that the lawsuit was registered on November 3. Navalny accused Putin of refusing the authorities to coordinate rallies, pointing out the mass failures of the authorities in the regions to coordinate shares.
