According to Interfax with reference to the press secretary of the court to Juno Tsarev, the decision to impose the arrest on the property of Itin and Serebrennikov was made on October 11.
“The court issued decisions on the seizure of property of the accused Serebrennikov, namely, in the amount of more than 360,000 rubles, more than 60,000 euros and money in more than $ 4,000. He was also arrested by his apartment and a car, ”Tsareva said about the arrest of Serebrennikov's property ..

Serbrennikov, Itin, the former general producer of the Seventh Studio Alexei Malobrodsky and her former chief accountant Nina Maslyaeva are accused of stole at least 68 million rubles of budget funds allocated to the Seventh Studio for the Platform theater project.
Malobrodsky is detained, Serebrennikov, Itin and Maslyaeva are under house arrest. None of the accused pleads guilty, except Maslyaeva, who concluded a deal with the investigation and testified to former colleagues. On October 12, the Moscow Basmanny Court extended the arrest for all defendants until January 19, 2018.
