Future Siberian governors were thrown under the traveling armored personnel carrier at military training

Participants in the training of the Higher School of Public Administration of the Russian Academy of Sciences for candidates for governors were put under an armored personnel carrier as part of military exercises at the Kubinka training complex. The video from the training was published by RBC.

Participants in the RANEPA training for candidates for governors jumped with parachutes from the tower, learned to throw grenades, shoot from pistols and machine guns, and also had to lie under the traveling armored personnel carrier , two participants in the event, held on October 27 at the Kubinka military training center.

Part of the training with the armored personnel carrier was quite traumatic, one of the participants shared. “After the parachutes, three left home with legs injuries, one with his back with his back,” he noted and added that the training parachute tower is designed for “boys weighing 60–70 kg”, and not for “those who weighs about 100 kg each.”

The training of the RANEPA, organized with the support of the Kremlin, the Moscow School of Management of Skolkovo, the University of Corporate University of Sberbank and the Higher School of Economics, began in June of this year, the latter was scheduled for February 2018 and should end a month before the presidential election.
