The detainee's name is Alexander Kopytov. He lived in this apartment with his mother, the UK said.
After the collapse of the entrance to a residential building in Izhevsk, a criminal case was initiated under the article “performance of work or provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence” (Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
