In France, a car crashed into a group of students. Two are in serious condition

In the suburbs of Toulouse, a 28-year-old man crashed his car into a group of students near an educational institution. Three students from China were injured, two of them are in serious condition.

According to the police, the hit was intentional, according to the BBC.

The alleged perpetrator has been arrested. He is reported to be 28 years old; he was known to the police for drug offenses but was not under surveillance by the security services.
