Supporters of politician Vyacheslav Maltsev were detained in Rostov-on-Don

Two supporters of Vyacheslav Maltsev, Andrei Vlasov and Eldar (his last name is unknown), after leaving the special detention center, were detained by unknown persons, presumably employees of the FSB or Center “E”. On November 6, the court arrested the activists for five days for disobeying police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

“They were detained right at the exit from the detention center. We do not know exactly who it is - presumably employees of the Center "E" or even the FSB. Where they are now, we also do not know; they could be taken to court to choose a preventive measure, or to the investigating authorities, ”said Sankin.
