Because of this, he had a conflict with competitors-they threatened to burn his house, and then turned to Rostransnadzor, who in September fined Ostapov "for the implementation of entrepreneurial activity without a license."

The altruist driver has already been issued two fines of 50 thousand rubles, because of this he can no longer rent a Gazelle, on which he drove people out of the hinterland to the city. In addition, fines and increased attention of the authorities actually destroyed the Ostapov family business-a mini-bell. Now they have nothing to pay for the rent of the premises. The driver leads his own channel on YouTube Omsk Mimino , on which he talks about his everyday life - but not for the sake of glory and popularity, but for his own safety.

According to lawyer Vadim Ostapov Artem Mironenko , as a result of a new trial, the driver faces the next administrative punishment under Article 14.1.2, and as a result they may again write out a fine of 50 thousand rubles. Although, according to the lawyer, Ostapov does not carry out any entrepreneurial activity.

After the abolition of municipal routes in the villages of Aleksandrovka and Ruslanovka, Ostapov rented a Gazelle for the transportation of his wife's bakery employees. Over time, he began to bring for free to the city of residents of remote villages who needed to get to the doctor, many old people did not have money for travel. Ostapov entered into an agreement with the administration of the Azov district and began transporting those in need for free - on special free coupons.

The competitors-marchings threatened Ostapov to burn his house, pierced the wheel of the car, attacked him. In particular, Ostapov says that the "competitors" defeated his glasses. He was left alone for a while when he began to land passengers not at the station, but a little at a distance. Now Ostapov claims that he will carry his neighbors no matter what.

Vadim Ostapov told Radio Liberty that his life after ships and fines was very deteriorated, but he did not receive any real help and support after increased attention of the federal media: he:

- After they wrote about me, political parties even paid attention to me. I personally called the LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, only three words, however, said: "Talk to my assistant." Then the LDPR leader calls me in our region and says: "We are so good, we walk in yellow jackets" and "You do not need any lawyers, I will personally have at the trial." We corresponded with him in WhatsApp, and he told me that he would support me. Five court hearings have passed-something I did not see him.

- That is, all the help so far - at the level of promises?

I will talk to my grandmothers better in the village, there will be more support from them!

- Yes, only promises. Another large organization - the ONF (the All -Russian Popular Front. - RS) - they began to call me, I became the famous: we came out all the documents, court decisions, we will help you. Okay, I took the photos, I sent everything to them. And in the third or fourth trial, I feel that I just can’t, they are loaded there, and I decided to call them to this Popular Front. I say: "You promised me legal assistance. At least give me some advice." And you know what they answered me? "And we have no lawyers in our staff." I am stunned! Here "Russia 1" shot me, showed me again, again the famous became a little, tomorrow NTV will come to me again. In general, on this wave again, this ONF calls me and is interested in how my business. I say: "You have no lawyers! What difference does it make to you, how are my business? You yourself told me that there are no lawyers, what should I talk to you about? I’ll talk to my grandmothers in the village, there will be more support from them." This is how I feel about politics! Do you understand? Few people believe.

- She has not changed in any way. At least in our village, they treated me well and they are treated. A lot of people write on the Internet. When these courts, all this happens, then both mood and hands drop. And there are a lot of problems, and there is no money. But when you read on the Internet, like ordinary, ordinary people who do not know me, write such words of support, you directly feel your strength. I understand that I'm right!

- You have already lost two vessels, and there you need to pay two fines of 50 thousand rubles, and lost the car ... How did this happen?

- My car was rented, I leased this Gazelle and drove people on it, worked. I’m getting to the person who rented it to work as a driver, I have a bakery, so our employees still need to be transported, and later we have concluded a lease. And in violation of all these contracts, without termination of the employment contract, he simply took my car, and that’s it.

- And what did you motivate?

- Yes, he did not motivate anything, he just lowers his eyes ... I think, most likely, they called him, scared him, because he did it very sharply.

- And what are you working on now?

Today I will go to Ruslanovka and take my grandfather - I don't care go to Omsk

- I have a small machine of my own personal, “Suzuki”, and on it I drive people. Today my grandfather calls me from Ruslanovka, he needs to go to Omsk, and I will go there anyway, so I’ll go to Ruslanovka and take my grandfather. We just can’t get anywhere! Neither in the hospital, nowhere. We have a paramedic one for three villages, and she does not even have the right to write out the recipe, and if I turn to her, she will direct me either in Azovo or to the city.

- You were still awarded to pay two fines of 50 thousand rubles, that is, you must pay 100 thousand. You live in the village of Trubetskoy, Omsk region. What is your income? And how will you pay these 100 thousand rubles to which you were fined? This is also an unbearable amount in the city, but how will it be?

I have no income. The bakery is also being checked now

- I have no such income now. Now, in connection with all this situation, I have lost my main work as a driver, although lately there was almost no income from this. But we had a mini-bell, not enough for our family, not enough, but we earned it. And now we have no workers. The bakery is also checked with might and main, and when I said about this on one of the courts, the judge says: "And where does the bakery have to do it? We are now judging for the other." And the representative of the Udan (the Office of State Road Supervision of the Omsk Region, the regional unit of the Rostransnadzor. - RS) , who does all this against me, gets up and says: "But because he has no sanitary books in the bakery." I say to the judge: "Where does this person from some kind of road inspectorate know what is happening in the bakery?"

- That is, they are still trying to destroy your business, it turns out.

This month we will not even be able to dial for rent

- So he is already destroyed! This month we will not even be able to get for rent. Yesterday there was a lease term, and we cannot pay it. Together with the light it is about 40 thousand a month. And besides 100 thousand, a fine, there are also traffic cops. I just went astray from the account. The inspector stops me and immediately writes to me fines: a thousand, two and five. They have strange prices there. And then this protocol is sent to the court, and the court still awards 50. Plus, still traffic cops.

- How does the wife feel about all this?

How can I take money from my neighbors?

- She is my wife. Of course, she supports me, but sometimes she scolds and says: "Why did you need it?" But we live in the village, and the fact that I began to carry people for free is my initiative, because I am not empty for me to ride. I carried them constantly and so. How can I take money from my neighbors? So drove. They even wrote about me in a local newspaper that I, they say, do well ... And she ... Well, as a woman, of course, she is unhappy when her husband does not carry money to the house ...

-When you just started people from the village for free, your colleagues-drivers began to threaten you ...

- You are a little mistaken. Not drivers, but owners of routes associated with one private company "Safe City". They captured half a city from us, all routes. Then I found out that this, it turns out, is a non -profit partnership of individual entrepreneurs. Exactly the same individual entrepreneurs as my wife. And they told me: "You turn to us, we will make you a license, you will be under our roof." You see, as in the 90s, bandits! And how can I, an individual entrepreneur, go to the same individual entrepreneur for a license? Who is this and such, some kind of permits, or what?

“ And when did you refuse them that they started telling you?”

- They began to threaten, beat me, cut the wheels. Okay, they broke my muzzle a little, the glasses were broken, but when they began to threaten my family when they began to stop me on the highway ... -And the police somehow react to this?

- At first I did not react. They didn’t even open a criminal case. So those who attacked me realized that you won’t get anything with gang methods, and began to submit a statement everywhere, they were submitted to the prosecutor's office. The prosecutor’s office checks me, title documents, everything, and have no complaints against me, I work by law. Next, the same office "Safe City" appeals to the tax inspectorate. The tax inspectorate also checks my activity, my wife’s activities, and again there are no complaints. And then they are already turning to Zagan, and now they already find any violations in me.

- What is now with this "safe city"? Are the threats continuing?

- Now not, now a criminal case has been instituted on them - in threats, in all facts. We do not know the results yet, but all records are provided to the police. I bought a video recorder to somehow protect myself, to shoot how they attacked me. I did not want and do not want to be famous, to be honest, but we must somehow protect yourself. Okay, when they split the car, it is nothing, but when they began to say that “we know where you live”, they threatened my family, and this is already for me ... I will not dig out the ax of war, we have a law, we live in this country, so protect me!

- Does the law protect you in this country?

It would be funny if it weren't so sad

- This is the first time the criminal case was denied, and they never even called me to the police. When I was checked, I informed them all this information, and the prosecutor’s office found an occasion for excitement, transferred the case to the police, and the police opened the case. And then another prosecutor's office decided that it was illegal. I don’t know if they are defending me now or not, some will be a decision. But just this company "Safe City" crushed me with gang methods, then administrative methods, and now by judicial methods. For example, the witnesses who perform there are dummy witnesses, it give false testimonies. Here is one witness, in addition to the fact that she gives false testimonies, she still tried to provoke an accident-somehow she jumped to me under the wheels. As they say, it would be funny if it weren’t so sad. How it ends - I don't know.
