The students of the Smolensk school N39 before holding a meeting in the city with politician Alexei Navalny forced to sign the “paper” that they were warned about the consequences of participation in protest events. The head teacher of the school threatened the consequences of children and their parents. In addition, schoolchildren were handed out tickets for a free concert - and there, too, they ordered themselves to behave "impeccably", since the mayor of the city and other officials would come there. Navalny claims that such conversations are in all schools and universities. And the head of his headquarters Leonid Volkov calls on to come to the rally - then the harmful teacher will be reported to the education management.

The conversation took place at school N39. The woman who is called the head teacher says: "If you are caught at the rally, and if you are attracted to you later, you are still minors - blame yourself for yourself. You were warned, you signed the paper."

She also distributes tickets for a free concert. There, too, you need to behave decently, the woman points out - "because there will be representatives of the whole city." "And remember that you represent the 39th school. And there are no nonsense there. If you immediately think that you can do anything, it is better not to go, give tickets. You will simply be displayed and put on zero. Mom will be invited, they will invite dad - and they will insert you on the first number!" - The head teacher promises.

User Mikhail Voggeld posted on Twitter a photo of a note that forced to sign his daughter-a-grader at a school in the Smolensk Gagarin. It is written that she listened to "a conversation on the possible non -participation of minors in protest mass events."

The meeting with Navalny as part of his regional tour, which he calls part of the election campaign, will begin at 16 o’clock on the Dnieper embankment. He says that he intends to create such public pressure with his speeches that the authorities will be forced to register it, despite the restrictions in the legislation.
