Musicians were detained near the State Duma building. They held a concert in support of animal rights activists

In Moscow, two musicians who were holding an acoustic concert in support of starving animal rights activists were detained near the State Duma building. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by Yury Koretskikh.

One of the detainees is Igor Talkov Jr., the name of the other is unknown. During the speech, a paddy wagon drove up to them. According to the police, the musicians were detained for a preventive talk.

UPD: The detainees were taken to the police department in the Tverskoy district.

UPD2: According to Yuri Koretsky, one musician was released from the police. They want to draw up a protocol against Igor Talkov under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it).
