Before meeting with Navalny, schoolchildren from Smolensk were forced to sign “papers”

In Smolensk, before a meeting with Alexei Navalny, students of school No. 39 were forced to sign a special “paper” stating that they were informed about the consequences of participating in protest actions. After that, schoolchildren were given tickets for a free concert, which will take place on the same day and time as the meeting with the opposition leader. A recording of the preventive conversation was published in the group of the local campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny on Vkontakte.

The entry begins with a woman, who is called the head teacher of school No. 39, declaring that schoolchildren who are caught at a rally and then held accountable will blame themselves. “You were warned, you signed the paper,” she says.

After that, the students begin to discuss the situation, but the head teacher interrupts them: “So, be quiet! We are already ready to go somewhere.” After that, the woman turns to one of them, who said that he would go to the event: “Where does your father work, what does he work with? Do you want to be with your father?"

“And now I can’t not go to the concert?” he asks. “You can go to the concert! But you just don’t need to go on some kind of strike, ”the woman concludes.

After that, she begins to distribute tickets and talk about the concert itself, which will begin at 14:30 (the meeting with Navalny will take place at 16:00). At the event, schoolchildren must behave impeccably - there will be representatives of the whole city, including the mayor. The head teacher noted that during the presentation, students will not be allowed to go anywhere, but they will be able to get “free water”.

According to her, the program will include the best numbers of the KVN team, and then a “small party”, during which a “very famous” group that “everyone knows” will perform.

At the end of the prophylactic conversation, schoolchildren are warned that if they behave inappropriately, they will “be taken out in disgrace and put zeros.” “Mom will be invited, dad will be invited - and they will put you on the first number!”, - said the head teacher.

A similar situation occurred in the town of Gagarin in the Smolensk Region, where pupils from School No. 4 were forced to sign an undertaking that they would not attend rallies.
