According to the results of the audit, it is recommended:

1) in the waiting area of ​​visitors in front of the UPP, place benches for visitors;

2) place a communication button for low -mobility groups of the population at the bottom of the entrance group, and not on top (according to the department of the application, the application is prepared);

3) in the cells, replace the bunks with benches, the width of which is sufficient to place the mattress, and in a chamber located near the outer wall, improve heating and equip an outer window;

4) in the waiting area of ​​visitors near the duty unit:
- place a table for visitors;
- place the contacts of the district police officers with phones;
- Contacts of the Public Council under the Internal Affairs Directorate of the region and the PMC of the region.

5) in the book of issuing food, in the case of issuing food later than after 3 hours, the cause of the gap in time (for example, if the face is in a state of intoxication).

6) the employees of the duty unit more carefully study the regulatory framework of public control in terms of verification by the PMC and public councils with internal affairs bodies.
