Collection of proposals for improving the work of public councils of the Komi Republic
Today, public councils are more municipal public chambers. It is they who should be a rubon by residents of the republic on the ground, form a civil society, build a constructive dialogue between society and the authorities. How much they cope with this important task today, what are the problems in organizing the activities of the Soviets and how to solve them - about this and much more we are talking about at the IX Civil Forum, which is conducted by the Public Chamber of the Komi Republic on November 17. It is dedicated to the topic "Public Councils as an instrument of the formation of civil society in the Komi Republic."
Participants in the civil forum are people with an active life position who do not care what is happening in the republic, in any industry, in people's moods. These are those who are not only ready to talk about what is wrong, but also to offer solutions to problems, share their experience and help specific actions.
The work is scheduled for sections on 3 sites:
· Section No. 1 “Interaction with authorities: experience, problems, solutions”;
· Section No. 2 “Public Councils - coordinators of the activities of civil activists and public associations?”;
· Section No. 3 “The best practices of organizing the activities of public councils. Problems that require solution. Offers".
The chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Komi Galina Kiseleva notes that there will be much more issues for discussion: “The forum is devoted to the activities of public councils of municipalities and with authorities. How public councils work today, how they interact with activists and authorities, which prevents them from becoming self -sufficient, how the public council should be formed - and a number of problematic issues will undoubtedly arise during the discussion. I hope it will be a discussion, because most questions can be answered ambiguously. But ultimately, it is very important to achieve an understanding that today is not so in the work of public councils and what should be done to improve their activities. Do not forget that today public councils, especially municipal ones, are actually a mechanism for the formation of civil society in the Komi Republic. ”

The IX Civil Forum will be held at the Komi Republican Academy of Public Service and Administration under the head of the Komi Republic (Syktyvkar, Kommunistician St., 11). Registration of participants will begin at 9.00, the start of the forum is 10.00.
Members of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and regional chambers, representatives of public associations, NGOs, state and executive authorities, as well as activists of the republic will take part in the forum. It is planned to participate in the head of the Komi Republic Sergey Gaplykov and the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Komi, Nadezhda Dorofeeva.

The second is standards. Of course, we have long been talking about these standards for a long time, the previous composition of the government spoke about this. It is necessary to coordinate this with the economic bloc - I repeat, we got into a point with these standards - and act as progressively as possible, based on the position in which we are. Of course, you need to act in this direction. ”
