We noticed that all the loud affairs associated with torture in Usolye are confined to the holidays. We don’t know why, maybe, someone’s unhealthy fantasy plays like that and someone celebrates this way? I did not have time to go to court on the torture of the Usol resident Marina Ruzaeva, which was tortured in the Usolsky police department after the New Year's holiday in 2016; A pre -investigation verification is also carried out on the complaint about the torture of the Usolchanin Pavel Akhramovich, who applied after the “meeting” with the police on January 18 (just after the New Year holidays) this year. It seems that we still hear the echo of greetings, from those who, as an employee Akhramovich says, recently beat him and handed over to a man who found the courage to fight for his rights.

According to the victim, on November 09, at about 18.30, approaching his car, he was detained by masked people. No one introduced himself. As the victim says, everyone was in masks, no one introduced himself. To not recognize? He was beaten and forced to call an employee of the traffic police by the name of P. (as we became aware, he is also in the hospital and also suffered illegally). Employees who have beaten Aydin forced him to transfer the traffic police to an employee in the amount of 13 tons of a driver’s license. Aydin refused and beat him and beat him. Unable to withstand torture, Aydin did not look signed some papers and called the Gayshnik ... However, then the situation did not develop predictably for the directors ... The traffic police officer did not take a bribe. After which, as we became aware, both were taken to the investigation department. Maybe they even beat in neighboring offices ... As the victim says, he was brought into the office, saying to write, and to the question: “What to write?”, They called him “stupid” and began to beat again. They stretched, beat on the feet (on the inside). People in masks beat him, spreading his legs. Again they turned on the shocker and beat on the inside of the palm of the left hand, forcing to sign something under the dictation of the investigator. As the appealing one says, such “investigative actions” were carried out with him all night. From 22 hours on November 9 to 11.30 the next day. He was not allowed to sleep and forced to stand on a stretch. At the same time, as the victim says, he was threatened that if he changes his consent or does not cooperate, he will be made from a witness to the suspect ... (I must say, as far as we know, a criminal case on giving a bribe at the moment has not been instituted. “Investigative actions”, if so can be called, which were carried out against Aydin Yusifov and an employee P., these are: detention, including the night Time has been searched for a garage. They interrogated both actually detainees.

As Aydin says, in case of refusal of cooperation, he was threatened to put in the IVS, where he will have big problems ... But this is not all ... IVS will seem to be a paradise compared to the pre -trial detention center ...

In our opinion, this requires the most close attention from the authorities: legislative, executive, supervisory authorities, society and the media.
