
The Bryansk Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Police Denis Bakholdin accuses of participating in the hostilities in the Donbass as a volunteer of the Right Sector. This follows from the decision to attract Bakholdin as the accused of November 7, signed by the investigator of the department, Alexander Shpakov. The document is published on the site in support of the Politsek.
The decision states that Bakholdin from July 4 to 12, 2015 fought in the ATO zone as part of the 5th separate battalion of the Right Sector volunteer building. Meanwhile, this battalion on July 12, 2015 left its positions in the Donbass after a shootout with the participation of members of the Right Sector in Mukachev, the Transcarpathian region, which occurred on July 11.
According to the plot of the case, the political prisoner on October 23, 2014 went to Ukraine through Belarus "in order to join the organization engaged in the struggle against pro -proof supporters in Ukraine", and then, between this date and on April 26, 2015, submitted an application to the "Right Sector", "realizing that the ideology of the ideology of the nationalist right -winging organization" Right -sector "was laid down radical Ukrainian nationalism and emphasized Russophobia, "and" one of the stated goals of the "Right Sector" is the implementation of armed opposition to "Russian aggression in the Crimea."
It is known that among the evidence in the case there are materials from the USB drive (flash drive), seized from Bakholdin. In August, at the hearing about the extension of the Politsyk of the arrest, investigator Sergei Gutorov stated that among these materials - photographs of Bakholdin against the backdrop of a Ukrainian flag with weapons, as well as a kind of "guide on action in the field of the sniper."
The completion of the preliminary investigation in the Bakholdin case became known on November 8 . If the prosecutor's office approves the indictment, the case will obey in the Suzemsky district court of the Bryansk region. In this regard, after the approval of the conclusion, the activist should be transferred to the pre -trial detention center of Novozybkov.
Baholdin is charged with part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization), which provides from two to six years in the colony.
Moskvich Bakholdin, a participant in a number of protests, emigrated to Ukraine at the end of 2014. In early March 2017, he arrived in Russia to visit his parents, and was detained by border guards for his stay in the border zone without appropriate pass. After the detention of Bakholdin, for 12 hours they chained the battery and beat on the legs and head, demanding that he consist of the "right sector". Then he was handcuffed in the SKR department, wrapping his head with a winter jacket. On the way, the detainee lost consciousness and almost suffocated.
In the media, information about the arrest of Bakholdin appeared only on June 19. Investigators of the TFR Shpakov and Gutor did business. The arrested did not give any evidence and did not sign any documents.
In the summer, Bakholdin refused to undergo an outpatient psycho -exercise in the case, and on August 17 he was sent for an inpatient examination to the Moscow Center named after Serbian. There, the administration, after Bakholdin refused to answer psychiatrists about his business, provoked his conflict with other prisoners. Then the Politzek declared a dry hunger strike and the "regime of silence." After five days of protest, the activist was ahead of schedule to the capital's pre-trial detention center-2 Butyrka, and from there they transported back to Bryansk.
