The cost of work is estimated at 238 million rubles. And the total cost of investment in Adzhigardak is now voiced more modestly than a year and a half ago - only 700 million rubles. Gurevich specified that these will be the funds of the owners of the complex and pool of co -investors. NT did not receive an answer to the question of 2.5 billion, due to which the complex was planned to be transformed by the complex Sergey Karelin in 2016.
The ski complex has been looking for investors for several years. Back in 2015, an announcement on the sale of land, tourist houses, cafes and baths, eight ski lifts, roads and other assets appeared on one of the Chelyabinsk sites.
