“Rain”: the son of the head of Rostec could receive from the state a 250-meter apartment in the center of Moscow

Alexander Chemezov received an apartment in the center of Moscow from the state in 2005, Dozhd reports, citing Rosreestr data. Alexander Chemezov is the name of the son of the head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov; whether we are talking about the same person, "Rain" does not specify.

Chemezov received a 250-meter apartment in a house in the Swedish dead end (near Tverskoy Boulevard), which belonged to the administration of the President of the Russian Federation. For what reason it could be transferred to Chemezov, it is not known - Dozhd failed to get comments in the presidential administration and Rostec.

In 2009, the apartment was transferred to Lyubov Chemezov - the same name is the ex-wife of Sergei Chemezov. The cost of the apartment in 2017, according to Dozhd, is about $5.7 million.

Update. Representatives of Rostec told RBC that Sergei Chemezov received the apartment, and after a divorce from his wife, he registered it for his son.

According to Dozhd, the state several times handed over apartments in Shvedsky Lane to individuals who were in the civil service - in particular, Igor Sechin, who was then deputy head of the presidential administration, received a 240-meter apartment there in 2006. Dozhd does not report whether there is any information about the work of Alexander Chemezov in the civil service in 2005 - it is known that he has been in business since 2006.

• Earlier, Dozhd published a report about a house in Shvedsky Lane, where high-ranking officials and businessmen own apartments (the TV channel calls it "the house of Putin's friends"). In particular, according to the channel, Ivan Timchenko (this is the name of the son of businessman Gennady Timchenko) sold a 200-meter apartment in this house to Inga Karimova (this is the name of the daughter of the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin). Whether Alexander Chemezov received an apartment in this very house is not specified.
