The passenger who arranged a brawl on an airplane that followed from Moscow to Sochi was fined 500 rubles, according to the website of the Department of Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Southern Federal District on the night of November 14.
A message about the brawl on board was received in the duty unit of the linear police department at the Sochi airport from the air traffic controller, so when the plane landed, the police officer arrived at it. It turned out that one of the passengers actually behaved, did not respond to the comments of the flight attendants and did not fulfill their demand.
The woman was taken to the police department and, after conducting a medical examination, found out that she was drunk. It drew up an administrative protocol under article 20.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "The appearance in public places in a state of intoxication." The court set a fine of 500 rubles.
It should be noted that the passenger was very lucky: she could expect a more formidable punishment. Periodic brawls on board the aircraft were so tired of the liners that in March 2017, lawmakers introduced criminal liability for hooliganism in transport. Since then, violators are facing a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles and other options for punishment, up to imprisonment for two years. In July, the second criminal case against the aircraftodeboshir was already instituted in history.
In addition, in the State Duma of the Russian Federation they are under consideration and have already passed the second reading of the amendments in part 1 of Article 426 and part 2 of Article 786 of the Civil Code, which are supposed to refuse to sell tickets for the aircraft for aircraft in black lists.
