The Lublin court of Moscow on Tuesday, November 14, refused to satisfy the lawyer of the Prochremlin radical movement of SERB Goshi Tarasevich (Igor Beketov), ​​who demanded to recover a million rubles from opposition Alexei Navalny as a compensation for non -corruption for the anti -corruption action in the center of the capital on June 12. In his lawsuit, Tarasevich pointed out that the “festivities” disagreed with the city authorities on the Tverskaya Street of the capital prevented the normal holding of the holiday of Russia, thereby causing him moral suffering.

On October 5, the court refused to satisfy a similar lawsuit of the municipal deputy of the Zamoskvorechy Igor Brumel to Navalny. The plaintiff demanded 1.9 million rubles from the opposition as moral compensation. In the lawsuit, Brumel wrote that due to the events of June 12, he was in a stressful state and "could not properly fulfill his deputy duties in the following days."

On June 12, in a number of regions of the Russian Federation, the opposition protests were held. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in Moscow for violations of public order, more than 150 people were delivered to the internal affairs bodies for the proceedings, 500 people in St. Petersburg.

Navalny was detained before the start of the action. Later, he was given 25 days of administrative arrest on charges of calling for participation in an unauthorized action. In July, the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN), indicating the arrest of Navalny, asked the court to extend the test period for a year, conventionally convicted in the Kirovles case. The oppositionist connected these actions of the FSIN with the intention of the Kremlin to prevent him from participating in the 2018 presidential election.

Earlier, Tarasevich and his associates on SERB were suspected of attacking Navalny, which occurred on April 27 near the office of the Corruption Fund in Moscow. The attackers doused the opposition to the greenhouse, as a result, he received a chemical burn of his eyes and was operated on in Barcelona. However, in mid-July, the metropolitan prosecutor's office terminated the investigation of the criminal case of attack due to the inability to establish the accused.
