Many Khabarovsk residents work with the “shift method” - they pay more money than in the city, and the Dalspetsstroy itself, the only state construction enterprise in Khabarovsk, had an impeccable reputation until recently. Therefore, they went to the cosmodrome - someone lived there for two weeks, some for a month, then they returned home for a short while, and again - in the Amur Region.
Serious delays in the money began in December 2016: instead of salary, it was 2-3 at 2-3, sometimes 5 thousand rubles. Employees occupied anyone to buy a ticket and still get to the Cosmodrome. Many have families, loans, and at first people did not even doubt that they would see the promised salary. However, by May it got to the point that many did not even have money left for the bus to the office - the production base on the outskirts of Khabarovsk. Then the most active pickets were carried out by notifying the leadership of him. A day later, a salary for April and an advance for May was received in the accounts of workers. And then - many months of silence.
Elena Bychkova works in a branch of the GVSU No. 6 together with her husband. For two, the leadership should be exactly half a million. Both continued to ride the cosmodrome to the last. And they stayed there for a long time, expecting that the employer would transfer them at least money to a return ticket.

“I suffered to the last, hoping at least for a human attitude,” Elena could no longer speak without tears. - At the end of April this year, my father died. I called the accounting department, asked to translate at least something in order to bury it in a child. Not a penny was translated. But it was impossible not to go to work: we were told that we have a regime enterprise, and this is automatically absenteeism. People went to the cosmodrome to be guaranteed to get at least a soup plate. I would like to turn to our leadership: we are not slaves, we are people! We also want to live.
For the first time, they were delayed the salary in June 2016, they began to pay in parts-50-60%each. Then the debt was repaid and even listed an advance. But a few months ago, Dalspetsstroy transformed into the “Main Military Construction Department No. 6”, which is directly subordinated to the Ministry of Defense, and since then employees have been forced to literally “knock out” their earnings.
The appeals of my colleagues are sent back to Glavk, from there to the branch. As a result, our same letter comes to me, where I should answer myself: why don't I get a salary for six months?

Everyone, in accordance with the amount of the debt, could choose what they like. But the leadership of the GVSU No. 6 appealed to the court and stopped the sale of the arrested property, returning it to his balance. The bailiffs had court decisions on the seizure of other property in their hands, but even the case did not move on them.
After the company’s employees to the Federal Ombudsman, Tatyana Moskalkova, who came to Khabarovsk in September, the company's management and bailiffs sat down at the negotiating table. The result was a signed protocol on the intent, according to which the debtor company took the obligations to sell apartments in a number of its houses, and the proceeds, about 120 million, immediately send to pay off salary debt.

Since November 2015, all accounts of the developer have been arrested, Roscosmos claimed to return the money. The trial of Khrizman and Ashikhmin began in May 2016 and continues to this day. The case is considering the Far Eastern District Military Court. Due to the fact that the case file contains information containing a state secret, the hearings are held closed.
Meanwhile, several employees of the GVSU No. 6, whose work was the last time paid in May, still remain at the eastern cosmodrome-still without money and with a barely warming hope to get it someday.
