
Investigators check the information of the Council of Human Rights Environmentalists of the Irkutsk Region on violence against a resident of the city of Usol-Sibirskoye Aydina Yusifova. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the TFR. According to Yusifov, the police forced him to give a bribe an employee of the traffic police.
The day before, the wife of Yusufova told Siberia. Realities that in the evening of November 9, he was detained by people in masks. They delivered Yusufov to the police department, began to beat him, used a stun gun. He was demanded to transfer a bribe of 13 thousand rubles for a driver’s license to a certain employee. Yusifov could not withstand the torture and fulfilled the demands of the police, but the traffic police officer did not take the money.
The victim was released from the police by noon. He turned to the emergency room, from where he was hospitalized in the trauma department with a closed head injury. On the eve of the publication of human rights activists, the wife of Yusifova applied to the investigating authorities with a statement of violence against her husband by police officers.
This is not the first case of the abuse of the Usolysk police officers: last January, the local branch officers tried to "reveal" the murder of a man, for several hours torturing his many children. At the beginning of this year, another Usolchanin complained that he was tortured, demanding recognition in large theft.
