In Cherepovets on Navalny's supporters, they made a report for the distribution of balls

In the city of Cherepovets, the Vologda region, police made a report that coordinator Kirill Kruglikov and volunteers of the local headquarters of Navalny on November 4 "under the guise of the spread of leaflets were held in their hands and handed over balloons." This was said by the Coordinator of the Vologda headquarters of Navalny Evgeny Domozhirov about this.

According to the police, these actions "represent a hidden form of a collective public event." Accordingly, law enforcement officers see signs of Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation of the procedure for holding a public event).

At the same time, the offenders used “visual means used for political influence and contributing to the formation of an indefinite circle of a positive attitude to Navalny A.A.”

From three volunteers, police took leaflets, drawing up acts of seizure.
