In Novosibirsk, a participant in a solo picket was hit by a man who had left the FSB building. The assailant then ran back into the building. It is reported by Mediazona.
Alexei Baranov went to the building of the regional department of the FSB with a poster in support of Yevgeny Ryapolov, who was convicted of possession of explosives. According to Ryapolov's friends, the security forces planted explosives on him because he complained about the rude actions of the special forces during an identity check at the R-Club. The poster compares FSB officers to terrorists.
According to Baranov, in the second hour of picketing, a man unknown to him came out of the building, approached Baranov and hit him. The man took the poster away, threw it on the ground and began to trample on it. Police officers on duty nearby immediately ran up, after which the man ran back into the building.
Ryapolov was found guilty of storing hexogen and attempting to manufacture explosives. On November 10, he was sentenced to 4 years in a penal colony.
