Krasnodar blogger Leonid Kudinov was sentenced to a day of administrative arrest for publicly displaying Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code). Rosbalt reports this.
The judge took into account the time that Kudinov spent in the police department before the trial - after the decision was announced, the blogger was sent home.
Kudinov was detained on November 13. According to his lawyer Mikhail Benyash, the reason for the administrative case was the videos “Center “E” checked out my video from Navalny’s competition” and “How the lack of separation of powers gives rise to arbitrariness,” in which the blogger called on the police to take into account the context of the use of prohibited symbols when applying Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses .
