In Stavropol, an activist was fined for her protest. But she didn't take part in it

The Oktyabrsky District Court of the city of Stavropol fined Yekaterina Shchurok, a volunteer from Navalny's local headquarters, 10,000 rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event). This was reported in the group “Team Navalny. Stavropol" in the social network "VKontakte".

Shchurok was fined because on October 7 she allegedly took part in an uncoordinated procession of Navalny's supporters. At the same time, the activist herself and her comrades in the activities of Navalny's headquarters claim that on the 7th Shchurok took part in the event of her university and visited the museum. Four witnesses testified to this at the trial.

On November 10, the court fined the coordinator of Navalny's Stavropol headquarters, Ivan Tansky, 150,000 rubles for October 7.
