In the Tver District Court of Moscow, at the process of the defendant of "Case on March 26" Dmitry Borisov, police officers who participated in the detention of the activist showed testimony. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom.

Borisov is accused of attacking the policeman of the 2nd Opera of the capital's Ministry of Internal Affairs Ilya Erokhin. According to investigators, on March 26, on a passionate boulevard during the Moscow anti -corruption action, the activist, when they carried him to the police bus, pulled out his leg and twice hit Erokhin with his foot in Jett's helmet, from which the security official “experienced physical pain”. Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities) Borisov threatens up to five years in the colony.

In court, policeman Alexander Komolov said that Borisov prevented the detention of a participant in the action. When they began to detain Borisov himself, he "resisted." To the question of the prosecutor, in what it was expressed, Komolov replied: "Falled to the ground."

According to Komolov, Borisov “turned around” when he was carried to the bus. At the same time, the policeman himself did not see the blow that Erokhin himself did not. "Have you tried to stop Borisov?" the prosecutor asked. “Well, yes, I inflicted two blows to him with my hand in the relaxing muscle,” Komolov answered. "Massage!" - Borisov commented in a loud whisper.

To the question of the lawyer Ilya Novikov, Lee Komolov Borisov beat the ribs when the detainee was lying on the ground, the policeman answered negatively.

“When we raised Borisov, he shouted at our direction an obscene speech, tried to break out. I saw my legs, but I didn’t see the blow. Erokhin didn’t say anything to me,” said the second witness Denis Boyev. He also denied that physical strength was applied to the activist. The third witness Vladimir Teenkov said that he was holding Borisov by his right leg in the ankle area. “Borisov’s left leg was unfolded, I saw waves. After delivering, Erokhin told me that Borisov struck him, or two,” Teenkov showed.

All three witnesses to the defense questions, whether they told the authorities about the "attack" on Erokhin, answered negatively.

The next meeting of the process is scheduled for December 5, beginning at 14 o’clock.

On November 1, at the first hearing on the merits of his business, Borisov refused to admit guilt . “I don’t admit myself to the guilty. At all,” said the political prisoner, after the prosecutor Larisa Sergunayev read out the indictment.

Lawyer Nikolai Fomin pointed out that Borisov, during the detention, carried five police officers face up. The activist could not see the security forces, the lawyer emphasized, and therefore, it is impossible to talk about intentional actions - if Borisov touched one of the police officers, then only by chance.

Judge Dmitry Gordeev rejected Borisov’s petition for admission to the process as a defender of his mother Irina Andrievskaya and the expert of the Fund in defense of the rights of prisoners Peter Kuryanov, who represents the interests of Borisov in the ECHR.

After the announcement of the indictment and clarification of Borisov’s attitude to the charges, the “victim” Erokhin was questioned. “I held him by the leg, he pulled out my leg out of the grip and struck my helmet,” the policeman said. “Seven more meters were carried, and hit again.”

"Do you think it is necessary to deprive Borisov freedom?" - Novikov also asked. The "victim" answered this question negatively.

Borisov is 31 years old, he is an activist of the “14%” movement. He has been engaged in opposition activities at least since 2014. He visited the courts in the swamp case, participated in the readings of the Constitution in the center of Moscow.

The activist was detained on June 8 in his house in the village of Nikolo-Uryupino Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow Region and arrested the next day. During the investigation, the Politzek refused to give any evidence.
