The Oktyabrsky District Court of Izhevsk fined, in connection with the rally on October 7, volunteers from the local election headquarters of Alexei Navalny Artur (surname not reported), Marina Merzlyakova and Igor Shumilov. This was reported on the headquarters page in VKontakte.
Artur and Igor were found guilty under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by its participant) and fined 10 thousand rubles each. Marina was considered the organizer of an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and she was fined 20,000 rubles.
On November 15, the date of the meeting was moved from November 27 to November 16. The headquarters notes that by doing so, the activists have lost the opportunity to conclude an agreement with the defender. The prosecution did not come to the meeting, all petitions of the activists were rejected.
