
The court in Bashkiria seized the property for 18 million rubles acquired for unidentified income from the former employee of the anti -corruption department of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Ilnur Yusupov. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the prosecutor's office of the republic.
"The court turned a four -room apartment with an area of 163 sq. M. On Pushkin Street in Ufa, a Toyota Highlander car worth about 2 million rubles, Townhaus in the village of Dmitrievka, a residential building with an area of 191 sq. M., with 10 acres of Euras, worth 3.5 million rubles. The value of this property exceeded 18 million rubles, ”the report said.
During the prosecutor’s audit, it was found that the 35-year-old deputy chief of one of the departments of the economic security and counteracting corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 2013 to 2015, together with his wife, acquired three apartments, a residential building, Toyota Highlander cars, Lexus ES 250 more with an area of about 200 sq.m. At the same time, according to official figures, the annual income of the family amounted to about 1.5 million rubles.
“Given that the employee did not submit evidence of the legality of the acquisition of property, the prosecutor’s office sent a lawsuit to the court about his appeal to the state’s income. When considering a civil case, the ex-police officer claimed that he supposedly received large sums of money under loan and gift agreements. At the same time, the defendant did not submit the original documents to the court,” the press release said.
For concealing the expenses of Yusupov, he was dismissed from the internal affairs bodies in connection with the loss of trust.
In September 2016, on charges of corruption, the acting head of the Office of the Anti -Corruption Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Dmitry Zakharchenko, was arrested. He and his relatives found property and cash worth about 9 billion rubles . Zakharchenko denies that the property belongs to him and was received by criminal means. The colonel’s mother and sister claim that someone “threw it” to him $ 120 million. The prosecutor's office demanded that Zakharchenko be seized in state revenue.
