The Investigative Committee did not initiate a criminal case against the coordinator of Open Russia in Kirov

The Investigative Committee did not find corpus delicti in the repost of the picture with the inscription “Crimea is Ukraine”, which Vadim Ananyin, the coordinator of the regional branch of Open Russia, made on his VKontakte page. About this he writes "7 × 7".

Ananin clarified that the check against him was carried out based on the materials of the Center "E". He also told the publication that the prosecutor's office could appeal against the refusal to initiate a case, and then an inspection would be carried out again, but the activist hopes that this will not happen.

The check began on November 8, after employees of the Center "E" found a repost of the picture on Ananyin's page. They wanted to open a criminal case against the activist for public calls to extremism.
