Angara region: In a kindergarten was forbidden to dress up children in superheroes

In one of the municipal kindergartens of Bratsk, the administration forbade parents to bring children to the New Year's morning in the costumes of Western superheroes. Superman, spider-man, Batman, transformer robots and many other characters of foreign comics and cartoons fell under the ban. The Office Administration sent a message about the ban on the parent groups in Viber, writes the local portal bst.bratsk .

According to one of the residents of Bratsk, the ban was divided into two groups: the part agreed with the decision of the administration, noting that it was necessary to promote heroes only from Russian fairy tales and films, others considered a ban on infringement of rights and just stupidity. At the same time, all parents adopted other restrictions that the administration explained by security measures. So, the faces of the children at the festival should be without masks, and their hands should be free from magic sticks or toy weapons.

It turned out that exclusively the leadership of a separate kindergarten, and not the entire municipal education system, showed a patriotic initiative. The head of the Department of Education of Bratsk, Konstantin Kulinich, said that in this case the rules establish local acts of the institution, such as a form in schools. At the same time, the official considered that if the leadership of the kindergarten was fixed in the internal rules, then "why not."

In May, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that limits the Russians in the choice of names for children, as well as forbidden parents to give the child a surname that differs from the name of his father or mother.
