In the schedule of the Khabarovsk airport on November 15, the planned time of departure of flight No. 463 on the route Khabarovsk-Nikolaevsk-on-Amur-Nelkan - 08:50. Because of the cyclone, it was detained over the transit point. In the air L -410 with five passengers and two crew members rose only at 09:32. Already during the flight, it became clear that the weather was not the weather over Nikolaevsky-on-Amur. There were no passengers who needed to land there on board, and the pilots decided to go directly to Nelkan, where they were promised a cloudless sky. But at 13:30, a few minutes before the appointed landing, the plane disappeared from the radar.

The disaster occurred in the Ayano-May district of the Khabarovsk Territory. Nelkan is a small village, 700 people live here. Trains do not go here, there is no way along the water, the car can only be reached by the winter road, which is or not, they decide every year again. The only regular message with the regional capital is by air. Airport in Nelkan is a two -story wooden building. The take-off and landing strip is soil, in winter it is simply ascended by the 1980 grader. Neither lining of baggage, nor trap here. Passengers leave the plane, take their things, relatives meet them right there, on the flight field. This time they also stood and waited for landing. The plane appeared in the sky and after a few minutes it crashed into the ground in a neighboring strain.
“He did not even plan that it was interesting. If he planned, the blow would be less,” says the driver of the local administration.

The plane crashed two kilometers from the landing strip. From the first second of the appearance of a car in the sky until a collision with the ground was followed by the airport director Yevgeny Archinos . According to him, the L-410 tilted first on the left side, then on the right. Without hesitation, he went to the crash site. In that direction, the track just leads, the locals are hunting there. Archinos saw the aircraft fuselage, felt the smell of kerosene, and began to make his way inside. About what he did next speaks reluctantly and sniffingly:

- I realized that if there is a leakage of kerosene and the voltage in the aircraft network, then everything could catch fire. I found batteries. There is a screwdriver, but part of the sheathing was destroyed, I tore it and pulled it out.
And then he heard crying. He made his way along a narrow aisle and saw that on the right side of the aircraft, on double chairs near the porthole, a small dark -haired girl was sitting. And screams with all its might.
... Almost all residents of the village with transport went to the crash site. The three -year -old Jasmine was sent to the local hospital.
- She acted, of course, in a shock state, she had a little confused consciousness, she came to her senses. The girl has a concussion and a fracture of the ankle joint, ”said Natalia Kuskova , a pediatrician of the district hospital.
Jasmine flew from Khabarovsk from mother to grandmother with whom she lives. Elena Leontyeva stood with the rest at the infantry and landing strip and waited for her granddaughter. For about an hour, she did not know whether Jasmine was alive. In the hospital, the child did not leave a single step. The inhabitants of the village are sure: Olga Laponikova, an employee of a local school, who accompanied her in flight, saved Zhasmin.

- She closed Jasmina with her body. Because otherwise she could not do. - says the tone of Sun Pakhomova , director of the rural school.
On November 16, doctors of the Center for Disaster Medicine, rescuers of the Ministry of Emergencies and investigators arrived in Nelkan. From Khabarovsk by a helicopter they flew for 6 hours. They sat down already late at night, the landing site was highlighted by the searchlight. They decided to send Zhasmin for treatment to Khabarovsk. Now it is recovering in the regional clinical hospital.
On November 16, mourning was declared in the Khabarovsk Territory, and the Panichids served the dead. The head of the regional Ministry of Emergencies, Governor Vyacheslav Shport, psychologists and relatives of the dead went to the place of the disaster. Among them was student Viktor Laponikov, the eldest son of Olga. It was on the phone to him on November 15 that a message came from his mother: "In Nelkan - the Sun." An hour later, a bell rang: they reported that neither mother nor grandmother, who was also a passenger of flight No. 463, no more.

At the crash site where the leaders from Khabarovsk and investigators arrived, everything remained untouched. The personal belongings of the dead were fenced with a red and white ribbon. On the bags-not scratches, some papers in blood spots are scattered around, which froze earlier than managed to darken. The fuel in the tanks of the aircraft still remained, his shortage could not cause a plane crash.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 3 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport, which entailed the death of two or more persons through negligence." The first versions are piloting error and the technical malfunction of the aircraft.

The crashed L-410 entered the Khabarovsk Territory along with three more machines of this modification in January 2016. The owner is the airline "Khabarovsk Airlines". This is a two-engine near-hydraulic steering liner of Czech-made, designed for operation on unprepared soil, herbal, snowy venues, as well as at airfields with short, about 600-700 meters, take-off and landing stripes, which, in fact, makes it an airplane with an introductory. The black yaziki of the aircraft seemed to be intact - there are chances that upon returning to Moscow, experts would be able to decipher them.

Six people were killed in the disaster: three passengers from Nelkan, one - a resident of the village of Jidom and two pilots from Khabarovsk. Olga Laponikova was 44 years old. This is she, a school psychologist, accompanied Jasmine to her grandmother. I flew along with my mother -in -law Anna Laponikova . 23-year-old Svetlana Pakhomova worked in the Nelkan Ethnocultural Center. She returned home from a business trip. 35-year-old Denis Amosov , a tractor driver, flew to Nelkan to work. The second pilot Alexander Zuev worked for three years at the Khabarovsk Airlines. The crew commander, the 42-year-old and Gorus Shumakov, was considered experienced. He knew the L-410 perfectly, flew to the place of assembly to the Czech Republic, taught control this type of colleague.

The fall of the L-410 has become the third plane crash in the history of the Khabarovsk Territory since the beginning of the century. In 2009, the Tatar Strait during the landing near the Mongochto base airfield broke up the Tu-142 M3 of the Pacific Fleet. There were 11 people on board, everyone died. The cause of the crash is the human factor. In 2002, when landing at the Airport of Ayan, which was separated from Nelkan with a mountain range, the An-28 crashed. All 16 people who were on board were killed, including two children. The official cause of the plane crash is a “pilot error”.
