The question of whether the chief chief of the country will participate in the popular elections by V.V. Putin, has long ceased to be a question. Today it occupies exclusively picket vests, whose “discussions” represent a sluggish attempt to artificially revive the Russian political landscape. Meanwhile, it can be seen: the chief boss is tired of all this decorative democracy, all this imitation of the election struggle, the need for something to write a program, make a smart face and experience the traditional resumption of bureaucrats under the carpet. It is not for nothing that Vladislav Surkov’s program text about the crisis of “hypocritical” liberalism appeared. In fact, it is enough to run a fool and pretend that Russia is no different in its structure from Western states. The country in fact is an autocratic monarchy. Moreover, the State Duma of the Russian Empire was much freer and more influential than the Presidential Administration Department, which is today called parliament. A hundred years ago, under the king-priest, the courts happened, and revolutionaries were justified. So Putin with a much greater basis than Nicholas II can call himself the "master of the Russian land."

Today he is not thinking about a stupid game in the elections scheduled for March next year. He thinks how to stop it at all. At least, it is precisely this that his speech convinces of the opening of the monument to Alexander III. The legacy of this autocrat, I must say, is very ambiguous. On the one hand, a demonstrative rejection of the reforms of the predecessor, the desire to “freeze” Russia. On the other hand, he graciously allowed young ministers to implement projects of economic development of the country. The archaic state structure and rapid economic modernization ultimately led to a revolutionary explosion a hundred years ago. However, these contradictions remain outside the scope of Vladimir Putin. Judging by the presidential’s speech, he is inspired by very unambiguous, if not primitively, the “father of the nation”: “He always deeply felt a huge personal responsibility for the fate of the country: he fought for Russia on the military field, and becoming the head of state, did everything for the development and strengthening of the power, in order to save it from shocks, internal and external threats ... He believed that a strong, sovereign, an independent state It should be based not only on economic and military power, but also on tradition, and moving forward is impossible without respect for its history, culture and spiritual values. ” In general, "let Europe wait," and "Russia has only two allies - the army and navy."

Several Russian publications (Kommersant, Vedomosti, MK) in their reports from the opening of the monument wrote that Putin spoke of any non -Alexander III, he spoke of the ideal ruler of Russia. That is, about himself to the beloved. Court lyzobates have long caught this turn in the brains of the boss. It is not for nothing that the monument to St. Vladimir appeared next to the Kremlin, and the strategic underwater missile carrier “Prince Vladimir” has just been launched, and the nuclear submarine “Alexander III” is already being built.
To eliminate the obvious inconsistency between a dense autocratic spirit and at least not observed by anyone, but still preserved by the democratic letter of the Russian constitution, is the urgent task of the Kremlin. Just a member of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the State Duma (in the distant past, the director of the ingenious film) Vladimir Bortko introduced a bill, which in case of approval will ensure the adoption of another constitution. The deputy calls on to establish a new state body - the constitutional assembly. In order to reconsider those articles of the Basic Law, which are inaccessible to editing the State Duma. And above all, the first article that defines the state structure of Russia as a republic. Explaining this, Bortko quite in the spirit of the hero of the “dog heart” brings nonsense that we must abandon the priority of international law over Russian, as well as mention the Russian people. However, the revision of this article opens up an opportunity to establish irremovable power. Restless Vladimir Volfovich has already proposed options for naming the new king: “supreme ruler” or simply “boss”. But all these titles do not give guarantees to the family (this, I suspect, is most occupied by Vladimir Putin, who lives in his coordinate system). The creation of a new dynasty perfectly meets these needs. And the country is ready for autocracy.
