The coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Kaliningrad and his deputy were fined for failure to appear at the military registration and enlistment office

Coordinator of Alexei Navalny's headquarters in Kaliningrad Yegor Chernyuk and his deputy Oleg Alekseev for failure to appear at the military commissariat. Chernyuk himself told Mediazona about this.

Chernyuk was fined 670 rubles, Alekseev - 500 rubles. Both were found guilty under Article 21.5 of the Administrative Code (failure by citizens to fulfill military registration obligations).

Earlier today, four police officers arrived at Navalny’s Kaliningrad headquarters and took Chernyuk and Alekseev to the military registration and enlistment office.
