The ex-company Abalakova demands from the regional government to return illegal enrichment

Former company Alexander Abalakovo sued the Novosibirsk government. Earlier, the authorities privatized the object in which the ex-deputy of the State Duma invested.

Vostochny Dvor LLC filed a lawsuit against the government and the regional department of property, which is headed by the Shilokhvostov Roman. The company demanded from the authorities 39.95 million rubles for “unjust enrichment”. The third party in the case is the regional State Unitary Enterprise "Conducting".

According to the plaintiff, the authorities received money as the costs of the company for the reconstruction of premises and interest on the use of other people's money from September 2016 to August 2017. The materials of the case published on the arbitration website do not indicate the address of disputed real estate.

In 2005, the State Unitary Enterprise "Economic Directorate" was concluded an investment agreement with Vostochny Yard LLC for the repair of premises at 42A Krasny Prospekt, the former Oktyabrskaya Hotel. The company was supposed to reconstruct the first three floors of the building and facade, having received real estate for 25 years.

The agreement began to operate in 2009. The audit conducted by the property department in October 2011 showed that the area is occupied by third -party organizations. The authorities returned the premises, including after the trial, told Taiga.info Shilokhvostov.

In 2016, the regional government approved the forecast plan of privatization, according to which the premises of the basement, first and second floors of the former hotel with a total area of ​​1.2 thousand square meters. m. should have left the hammer for 149.1 million rubles. On the federal bidding website, at the time of publication, there is no information about the sale.

According to the Kontur-Focus base, the founders of Vostochny Yard LLC in 2007 were the ex-deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexander Abalakov and Boris Brusilovsky. Now the only owner of the company uniting the restaurant business of the F1 group is Artyom Popov.

The next meeting of the Arbitration Court at the company's suit by the authorities is scheduled for November 21.
