A video of a “military convoy from the DPR” in Lugansk has been published

On the YouTube channel “Another Luhansk” on the evening of November 21, a video was published, which, according to the title, shows “the entry of a military column” into Luhansk.

The video shows dozens of cars that drive along the road at night; due to the poor quality of the image, it is impossible to understand from the video what kind of equipment and how much is moving along the road.

Arik Toler, a member of the Bellingcat research team, wrote that the vehicle, presumably, belongs to the Donetsk People's Republic and travels along Sovetskaya Street in Luhansk.

Novaya Gazeta, without specifying a source, also reports that a convoy of military equipment entered Luhansk on the evening of November 21 from Donetsk.

There is no evidence that a convoy of vehicles entered Lugansk from DPR-controlled territory.

• On November 21, armed men in camouflage uniforms without insignia appeared in the center of Lugansk. They began to block access to some government buildings. They explained that they were there by order of the Interior Ministry of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic.
• What is happening in Luhansk is allegedly connected with the conflict between the leader of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky and the head of the LPR Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Kornet. On November 20, Plotnitsky dismissed him, but Kornet reportedly refused to obey this order.
• On November 21, Igor Kornet stated that he had not been dismissed and that he provided Plotnitsky with evidence of the criminal activities of some officials from the leadership of the republic. After that, a statement by Plotnitsky appeared confirming Cornet's resignation. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR called Plotnitsky's statement a fake.
• Novaya Gazeta wrote that the armed men in Lugansk had come from the territory of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and were subordinate to DPR leader Alexander Zakharchenko. The DPR stated that they had nothing to do with what was happening in Lugansk.
