The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the self -proclaimed republic refused to resign, armed people in the form appeared on the streets

On Wednesday morning, the head of the self -proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky held a government meeting (video).

After that, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Ministry of Internal Affairs) of the LPR arrested all employees of the LPR prosecutor's office.

In the morning, on Tuesday, groups of unknown people in military uniforms from the "DPR" appeared in the center of Lugansk.

They were armed with small arms and mortars. The head of the self -proclaimed “Lugansk People’s Republic” (“LPR”) Igor Plotnitsky, who was in the workplace in the morning, ordered them to free the city, but they ignored the order. The military blocked access to administrative buildings, employees of the government and the People’s Council were dissolved home.

According to the sources of Novaya Gazeta, three military military military soldiers arrived in Lugansk from Donetsk with the fighters of the Republican State Security Service, which obeys the head of the self -proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (“DPR”) Alexander Zakharchenko.

In the evening it became known that a column of several dozen Urals with the military entered Lugansk from the “DPR” side. The sources of the Novaya confirm that the three “Urals” that appeared in the morning is the “Vityaz” special forces from the “DPR”.

Earlier, on November 20, the head of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky dismissed the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the self -proclaimed Republic Igor Kornet. This is a consequence of a protracted conflict, during which, for example, Kornet directly at a meeting of the People’s Council was accused of illegally living in a private house, despite the numerous complaints of the owner.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, however, did not admit his resignation of what he announced on Tuesday in a video message. According to Cornet, the Ministry of Internal Affairs discovered in the leadership of the "LPR" a cell of "Ukrainian saboteurs", and at the highest level. Among its participants, the director of the LPR GTRK Anastasia Shurkaeva, the head of the administration of the head of the LPR Irina Teitzman and the head of the government security service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR, Yevgeny Seliverstov, were named.

“The indicated persons for a long time to the head of the“ LPR ”purposefully received inaccurate information about the alleged involvement of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in unlawful activities,” Kornet said. He actually stated that he was a victim of slander from Ukrainian spies.

The head of the self -proclaimed republic, Igor Plotnitsky, in turn, posted an appeal on his own site, according to which “the situation is a continuation of personnel changes in legal removal from the position of Minister of the Interior. The events of today have once again proved that the decision was made correct. ”

According to the sources of Novaya Gazeta, the LPR power units, in particular the Ministry of State Security (MGB), the national police and the military commandant’s office do not participate in the conflict between Plotnitsky and the root. Information about the arrest of the director of the GRK "LPR" Anastasia Shurkaeva has not yet been confirmed. But the GTRK itself stopped broadcasting.

At the time of signing the number of Novaya Gazeta, it became known that some of the war veterans of 2014-2015 previously dismissed from the law enforcement agencies are ready to support the actions of the cornet. However, information about armed clashes has not yet been received.
