Vocational school after rallies: "Educational impact"

It sounds extremely unpleasant, in addition, police officers often use the terms “extremism”, “negative consequences”, “exit restrictions”.

Explain. The law contains the definition of the professional account-“Federal Law of 06.23.2016 N 182-ФЗ “ On the Basics of the Prophysances Prevention System in the Russian Federation ” -was adopted in June 2016. The wording in this law is quite vague. It follows that authorized employees monitor the offenses, have an “educational effect”, eliminate the factors “negatively affecting behavior”. The term “preventive accounting” is explained in Article 21. According to this norm, preventive accounting is one of the forms of prevention of offenses. This is the collection, registration and storage of information about a person who committed an offense. When conducting preventive accounting, the confidentiality of personal data is ensured, but the information can be transmitted to other departments at the request.
