"Blacklist" and mining calls
Literally on the eve of the opening, a “black list” of cultural figures was published undesirable for participation in the forum, which one deputy minister of culture allegedly addressed another (both deny that this paper was seen in the eye). None of the leaders of the forum sections, who, in fact, carried out invitations of guests, also received the list. At least this was stated by both Valery Fokin and Mikhail Piotrovsky. Most of the people from the list were invited to the forum as participants and leading discussions. But the “black list” became a viral on the network, where the campaign unfolded, whose participants called on faces from the “black list” ... immediately refuse to participate in the forum, that is, to fulfill the wishes of the notorious ministerial obscurantists.
The attack on the forum continued with a flurry of fake calls about mining. I had to evacuate visitors from the Academy of Arts from the opening of the exhibition “Takeda. Overcoming ". The BDT interrupted the rehearsal, and the actors right in stage costumes were forced to reach the windy embankment of Fontanka. The wits considered that the opening ceremony of the cultural forum was detained for exactly 60 minutes (by the number of calls about mining along the route of the President of the Russian Federation).
Drum fraction of numbers
Hundreds of cultural and business events. Tens of thousands of people from 96 countries of the world moved from plenary meetings in the main headquarters of the Palace Embankment to round tables in the arena, from the business sites of the ethnographic palace at the conference in Alexandrinka. We need a new Gogol to describe this forum crowd (“Creator, what a mixture of clothes and faces!”). The English prince and current presidents, ministers and governors, writers, artists, musicians, choreographers, art historians, museum workers, book publishers, religious scholars, artists, ballerinas, directors, journalists, philanthropists, directors, teachers, enlighteners, sculptors, students, economists, priests and gallerists, historians, historians, historians, historians, historians, historians, historians. Ethnographers, bibliographers and designers from 96 countries.

According to the State Secretary-Deputy Minister of Culture of Alexander Zhuravsky, the St. Petersburg Cultural Forum combines Congress, the business platform and the festival. And this distinguishes him from any world cultural analogues. At fourteen sections of the forum, business activity began at 9 am. The most Drive was the section of Igor Butman's forum-fest Jab (Jazz Across Borders). The most concentrated and efficient-the “Preservation of the Cultural Heritage” section (in its framework, the 3D model of Palmyra was handed over to the Syrian delegation).
The taxi drivers complained that the Northern capital never saw such traffic jams.
Performing the miracles of equilibrics, flying to the declared panel discussion “Revolution and the Intelligentsia”, you could be surprised to find a scene from Matilda on a huge screen, in which the ballerina during the dance is exposed to the embarrassment and delight of the heir to the throne. Reflecting on how sideways the novel of the future emperor is connected with the revolution and the intelligentsia, you suddenly realize that "he went into the room - got into another." And in front of you is a round table on the topic "Ballet in the Cinema".
Revolution and we
The understanding of the heritage of the revolution in a variety of Ipostas was a through theme of the international conference “Culture in the Revolution. Revolution in culture. 1917–2017 ”, round tables, the catwalk discussion“ The Russian Revolution of 1917 and the World of the XX Century ”, open lectures of Vladimir Medinsky and Tikhon Shevkunov. In my subjective opinion, the exhibition in the Winter Palace of the Hermitage “History was created here” was the most meaningful statement on a given topic. Its main heroes were the actual space of the Winter Palace and the story of one family - the family of Emperor Nikolai Romanov. The feeling of a personal touch to events that unfolded precisely in these interiors, the “human volume” of historical dimension is probably the most correct angle of the conversation.
Perhaps that is why the theme of “Inclusions in the space of culture” was the tuning for the St. Petersburg Cultural Forum. She united both the master classes of specialists staged with children with disabilities, and the performance of Anton Getman, director of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko music theater, on the problems of typhlockocumentation (allowing the blind and weak-visible to “see” what is happening). And museum specialists trained colleagues for the upcoming December 2 of the All -Russian campaign “Museum for everyone! Inclusion Day. " About 13 million people with disabilities live in Russia, and this is one of the challenges of the cultural space, which should become affordable for them both for the audience and as participants and co -crews.

The case of "Seventh Studio"
Shortly before the forum, a former employee of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the current director of Ramta Sofya Apfelbaum, who supervised the Seventh Studio, was sent under the forum. On the eve of the forum, the Basmanny court issued a decision to arrest property of Kirill Serebrennikov and Yuri Itina. Naturally, the “judicial background” could not but affect the subject of discussions within the theater section.
Andrei Mighty noted that the investigation and the demonstrative forms in which it is conducted by the Investigative Committee became a constant background of our theatrical life. Dmitry Volkostrelov called the “Case of the Seventh Studio” “custom and political”, referring to the publications on the Internet about the complaints of Tikhon Shevkunov to the president of the film “(M) Pupil”. And the director of the Vakhtangov Theater, Kirill Krok, reminded of the responsibility of theatrical managers, who "must protect their artistic leaders from any violations of the law. Even when it is, to put it mildly, far from perfect. ” And he called the 83rd Federal Law "Headache for the heads of institutions in the field of culture."
The promises of the president
A few hours later, President Vladimir Putin, at a meeting with cultural figures in the Mariinsky Theater, agreed that the laws of public procurement (and the notorious 83rd) should be revised taking into account the specifics of the cultural sphere. He supported the petition of the theater and ballet universities for the transition of creative universities to the Ministry of Culture and the proposal of the head of the Alexandrinsky Theater Valery Fokin to hold the theater Olympiad in St. Petersburg in November 2019.
Also earlier at the meeting on the “identification and preparation of talented youth” the president promised Denis Matsuev in 2018 1 billion rubles to identify and support young talents.
The forum, according to the organizers, should become the center where priorities are priority and emphasized by state policy in the field of culture, a “place of power”, where the cultural agenda is being closed. For a third -party gaze, the past forum may well serve as a model of our cultural life - overpopulated, oversaturated with events, separated by artificial barriers of ideological contradictions, where everyone hears mainly himself and where extreme efforts are needed to establish dialogue of opponents. Because no alternative to this dialogue simply does not exist.
