Ukrainian prisoners of war are talking on the phone with their relatives

After a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the head of the self -proclaimed LPR Igor Plotnitsky ordered to give the captured Ukrainian military to talk with their families by telephone. They heard the voices of relatives for the first time in many months. The prisoners hope that they will finally be exchanged in accordance with the Minsk agreements.
