The General Director of Yandex in Russia, Alexander Shulgin, who also carried out the company's operating room, decided to leave his post. This was reported in the Yandex press release.

From December 1, 2017, Greg Abovsky, now holding the post of financial director, will be the operating director. In a new position, Abovsky will continue to fulfill the duties of a financial director.

“Now Yandex is in excellent form, and I believe that the company has ahead of the years of excellent growth. It’s time for me to move on, ”said Shulgin.

Arkady Volozh will still lead the Yandex group of companies, the press release is noted. Volozh expressed confidence that Abovsky is “the most obvious and understandable Schulgin’s successor inside and outside”.
