There are serious questions for the financial model, as well as to the project in terms of placement of the fourth bridge and planned transport interchanges. It seems that its implementation in this form can lead to transport collapses, said the deputy of the City Council of Novosibirsk Natalya Pinus.

The grain of the issue is now that on December 6, the concession agreement on the bridge should be signed. The development of this agreement is carried out closed.

In my opinion, given the depth of doubt, one cannot agree. If we build such a bridge with such interchanges according to such a financial scheme, then we will definitely deprive ourselves of the opportunity for a long time to implement another project.
