The one -year -old girl stolen in Penza was found in the Orenburg region

Investigators of the Penza region established the whereabouts of a young child, who was kidnapped on November 21 in Penza. At the same time, the grandmother of the victim suffered. The kidnapper sprayed caustic gas in the face of a woman.

Currently, the missing girl, together with her mother, is in one of the settlements of the Orenburg region, the official website of the Office of the IC of the Russian Federation for the Penza Region reports.

"Employees of the investigative department in the Pervomaisky district of Penza are taken measures to deliver a mother and child to Penza to carry out the necessary investigative actions with a woman," the press release said.

With the participation of the guardianship and trustees of minors, the issue of the future place of residence of the child will be resolved.

The criminal case was instituted according to p. "D" part 2 of Art. 126 of the Criminal Code ("The abduction of a knowingly minor"). The perpetrators are facing a punishment in the form of 12 years in prison.

"Investigators are performed by a set of investigative actions aimed at establishing persons involved in the commission of this crime and all the circumstances of the incident," the Office of the IC of the Russian Federation concluded.

Recall that the one -year -old Varya Kireeva since May 2017 lived with her father and grandmother in a house on Krasnoyarskaya Street in Penza. On the morning of November 21, the girl and grandmother were at home, and her father had already gone to work by that time.

According to investigators, an unknown man called the apartment, who asked to open the door under a fraudulent pretext. The stranger said that he had to convey a telegram. An elderly woman, holding the child in her arms, opened the front door, after which the visitor spit into her eyes from the spray can. Then the man took the baby from the injured.

“At the time of abduction, the girl’s mother was near the house. With a child in her arms, the man and mother of the child got into an unidentified investigation under the control of an unknown person and disappeared from the scene of the crime,” the press release of the investigation department said.

At the time of abduction, the girl was dressed only in a T -shirt.

The mother of the missing child was put on the wanted list - Tatyana Sergeevna Kolesnikova born in 1991. Her husband Yevgeny Yuryevich Kolesnikov born in 1981, who is not a biological father of Varya, was also suspicious. Kolesnikovs lived in a rented apartment in Penza.
