The Ministry of Health offers new amendments to the rules for alcohol trade: alcohol will not be sold drunk, and the sales areas will protect from other retail space. The department proposes to introduce changes to the law that regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages. The rules are proposed to be supplemented with the clause that "organizations and individual entrepreneurs have the right to refuse to retail the sale of alcoholic beverages when the public catering services are intoxicated."

In addition, it is proposed to allocate special places in stores for alcohol: departments, sections, premises. This should be done in such a way that the demonstration of alcohol "was carried out separately from other types of products and goods, and the place of demonstration was not available by customers from those places of the trading facility in which other products and goods are sold." The Ministry of Health explains that this can be a separate room, a trading hall with a separate entrance or a screen. There should be no pointers and signs in the "alcohol zone".

This item will be able to ignore only specialized stores where they sell exclusively alcohol products.
