Yaroslavl deceived equity holders instead of a rally organized a series of single pickets

The Yaroslavl authorities did not agree on a rally in the city center for the deceived equity holders of the Su-155 company. Therefore, with the support of the Communists on November 25, they organized a series of single pickets. The 7x7 correspondent talked with several picketers.

About 20 people from among the deceived equity holders gathered at 11:00 at the Znamenskaya Tower in Yaroslavl. They brought posters with them, agreed to get up from each other, exchanged phones. They divided into several groups and stood in single pickets on Volkov Square, Epiphany, Red and on Svoboda Street.

The Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Dmitry Mironov repeatedly stated that he was controlled by the situation with deceived equity holders, and meets initiative groups of activists. On his initiative, a law was adopted aimed at their support. The 7x7 correspondent asked the picketers what support of the regional authorities they receive.

“Today, all over Russia, rallies where the houses of the Su-155 company are not completed, ” says Dolshchitsa Irina Chirikova . - Since the rally was not agreed on us, I came out with a single picket, because it was allowed by power. In general, my house is not built. They begin to build periodically and throw it again. The governor claims that he is holding the construction of our house under control, and in fact we see that this is not so. The construction begins, then the contractor stops doing the contractor - the construction gets up. Maybe this does not depend on the governor, of course. The Su-155 in Yaroslavl had two unfinished houses left, two more were already rented out other equity holders, but those houses had a higher degree of readiness.

“In 2014, I invested in the house, it was never completed, ” says Ktivist Alexander Mokhnatkin . I at one time wrote both the president and our former governor. The unsubscribes came. Our activists also have working groups with officials, but they are not trying to attract them, the working groups themselves show the initiative. That is, if the working group learns about the event, she tries to attend the event in her ways. They are very rarely called, as far as I know, some meetings take place without the participation of initiative groups of equity holders.

“I don’t need a stranger, but I won’t give my own, ” Nadezhda Schuklin exclaims on the abbreviated shareholder . - Since 2015 I have been waiting for an apartment. We were given a schedule for solving our housing problem - according to the schedule, the facades should already be painted, and the house has not yet been completed. We were voiced the reason - there is no funding.

The Yaroslavl Region portal on November 24 said that at a working meeting with the head of the department of the region, the Communists refused to actively help to solve the problems of equity holders. During the shareholder campaign, the 7x7 correspondent turned to the deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma from the Communist Party Elkhan Mardaliev. He spoke about his vision of the situation:

- On Thursday, we talked in the regional government about the problem of equity holders with the deputies of the governor. The problem is acute - people cannot get an apartment for years, live on rented. Officials said what is being done to solve the problem. But it is clearly not done enough. These single pickets are not a whim of the Communists, as some can imagine, but the request of equity holders, the initiative comes from them. We provide organizational assistance. The officials asked us - find us an investor, but these issues are not resolved, we cannot take and get an investor out of the pocket. We will also look for him.

The communist said that they filed applications for several sites near the historical center of the city, but they were refused and offered to rally on the world Square:

- We decided that single pickets in the city center would be more effective than a rally on the outskirts.

After the completion of the pickets, interest holders again gathered at the Znamenskaya Tower. The neighbors already know each other before the settlement in the residential building.

The most elderly activist Tatyana Savelyeva stood the longest with the poster. Several police officers were checked for her. The police were interested in who organized such an action. The 70-year-old deceived shareholder complained that the police aroused such interest for the first time in her life.

In mid-November, the press service of Governor Mironov said that in the register of “problematic” houses of 19 objects. According to them, in 2017, 10 residential buildings were commissioned for deceived equity holders, five will be handed over until the end of the year. REGNUM on November 23 reported that one of the problematic objects of shared construction of Yarstroy was handed over to the residents “for a television picture”, but did not give out the keys to the apartments and documents.
