Kuzbass: Residents protest against the transfer of lands to the coals

Residents of the Novokuznetsk district of Kuzbass on November 25 demanded that local deputies return their land. Activists protest against the growth of coal sections. Earlier it was reported that for the needs of subsoil use, local deputies have already transferred 20 square kilometers. Residents are outraged that coal production is open, and development is carried out using explosives. After the explosions, cracks appear in the houses, coal dust settles on the streets and in apartments. It is dangerous to live in the village. At the same time, residents of Kostenkovo are afraid that the village can be demolished due to the fact that large coal deposits were found.

On October 22, residents of the village of Kostenkovo and the nearest villages held a protest campaign. They made a collective appeal to the police and the prosecutor's office on the facts of deforestation. In addition, they demanded that the legality of the sale of a land of the land of a coal company next to the Siberian ulcer cattle.

On November 18, a chain of a dozen single pickets of citizens from Mysks stretched for two kilometers. In their hands, the picketers held the posters: “Restore the wiped lands!”, “There are no new cuts”, “We do not want to live on lunar landscapes” and others.

On November 3, residents of the Kemerovo region held a protest in the center of Novosibirsk. They demanded to stop the illegal production of coal in the region and resign Governor Tuleyev.
