A report was drawn up against the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters for organizing a meeting with the politician

In Perm, on November 27, Natalya Vavilova, the coordinator of the local election headquarters of Alexei Navalny, was charged with an administrative protocol for arranging a meeting with the politician on private property. This was reported in the group “Team Navalny | Permian".

She was accused of holding a public rally without filing a notification of its holding in the prescribed manner (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and of disobeying a lawful order of a police officer (article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

On November 28, the Leninsky District Court considered the case of Vavilova, but postponed the meeting to December 20 due to the lack of consent from the regional prosecutor. The report of the group notes that the coordinator of the headquarters is a member of the TEC of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Perm.

Natalya Vavilova was detained on November 24, immediately after a meeting with Alexei Navalny, which took place on private property. Headquarters employees reported that during the detention she was dragged across the ice. After Vavilova was released from the police department on a promise to appear.

• On November 18, Navalny's headquarters in Perm was searched. Law enforcement officials seized leaflets with an invitation to a meeting with Navalny on November 24 and part of the equipment.
• Supporters of Alexei Navalny in Perm filed several notices to hold a meeting with the politician, immediately on November 24, 25 and 26. For all three notifications, the mayor's office sent responses with a refusal to hold a rally-meeting without providing alternative options. Therefore, the meeting was decided to be held in the local area.
