Aleksey Postanogov, a resident of the city of Nadym in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, was fined a thousand rubles for a video showing the symbols of Ukrainian nationalist organizations banned in Russia. This was reported on the website of the IAC "Sova".
According to law enforcement agencies, in 2014, Postanogov published on his page on the social network VKontakte a video “Ukraine Crisis Today Democracy caught on camera this will never be shown on mainstream media”, which shows a swastika, a Nazi salute and symbols of Ukrainian nationalist organizations . Thus, he committed an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Postanogov was fined, and on November 14 the court of second instance approved this decision.
The video that caused the persecution tells about the aggressive actions of Ukrainian nationalists. In one of the moments, the flag of Ukraine is shown with a Nazi swastika applied to it. The authors of the video clearly have a negative attitude towards Ukrainian nationalists and the Ukrainian government. Postanogov himself, judging by the content of the page on the social network, is a supporter of the Great Fatherland party .
