In Perm, police detained the organizer of a rally-meeting with Navalny

Police in Perm detained Sergei Ukhov, the organizer of the meeting with Alexei Navalny, which took place on November 24. Writes about this "Open Russia".

A protocol was drawn up against Ukhov on holding a public event without filing a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

“The protocol states that the meeting with Navalny took place on the street, which means it was not closed, which means that Ukhov acted as the organizer of a public mass event without filing a notice,” the headquarters staff said.
